Pytes introduces a comprehensive lineup of high-voltage, scalable, and safe energy storage solutions — the HV48100, HV48100-SE, and HV48300. HV48100

The HV48100 is a compact distributed energy storage system integrating battery pack, high-voltage control box, and advanced Battery Management System (BMS). It’s ideal for indoor residential use, commercial buildings, factories, and PV systems that require functions such as peak shaving, emergency backup, or supplemental energy storage.

Uses high-performance LFP (LiFePO4) battery cells, with a system cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles and energy efficiency up to 95%.

Rapid charging: each module can be fully charged in about 2 hours at peak continuous output of 2.56 kW.

Scalable: supports expansion — users can connect multiple modules (or cabinets) in series to achieve larger storage capacity (from 25.6 kWh up to ~40.96 kWh), but also opt for a higher-level, scalable rack solution based on demand, with a maximum expansion capability of up to 76.8 kWh.

Operates safely within the specified temperature range: charge 0~45 °C, discharge ‑10~50 °C.

Note: HV48100 has an IP20 rating and is suitable for indoor environments; it is not recommended for outdoor or humid conditions.

The HV48100 SE takes the strengths of the HV48100 and transforms them into a rugged, outdoor-ready cabinet system — perfect for larger installations in industrial, commercial, and infrastructural settings.

Built with Tier-1 grade LFP cells and multi-level safety protections, including short-circuit protection and a five-layer cabinet-level fire suppression system.

Operates reliably across a wide temperature range (-20 °C to 60 °C), ensuring stable performance in diverse climates.

Offers high capacity: each unit delivers rated energy up to 76.8 kWh, and supports parallel expansion (e.g., up to 12 units DC-coupled) to scale up as needed.

Smart and flexible: remote monitoring via Pytes Battery Cloud, flexible configuration to match different inverter/input voltage requirements, and robust cabinet design with IP55 for dust and water resistance.

For large-scale commercial and industrial energy storage deployments, the HV48300 delivers the capacity, scalability, and safety you need — a true “central energy hub” for businesses or large PV + storage systems.

Uses Tier-1 automotive-grade LFP cells, with a robust multi-level BMS and a 4-layer active fire suppression system.

Designed for all-weather, indoor or outdoor use: IP55-rated cabinet, air cooling, integrated heating for low temperatures, module-level fans for internal thermal management.

Highly scalable: each cabinet offers approximately 200 kWh of rated energy, with a parallel connection of up to six cabinets per inverter enabling total system capacity to reach the MWh scale.

Compatible with a wide range of inverter models, input voltages, and remote monitoring via Pytes Battery Cloud — making HV48300 a flexible backbone for large commercial, industrial, or utility-scale energy storage systems.
