Together, these four mechanisms form a comprehensive, multi-layer active fire suppression system built directly into the battery cabinet.

The first level of protection is hazardous gas detection.
If hazardous gas is detected inside the cabinet, the ventilation system starts automatically to improve air circulation and help remove accumulated gas.
Automatic ventilation helps reduce gas concentration inside the enclosure without requiring manual intervention, providing an early response before conditions worsen.
The second protection layer is the built-in aerosol fire suppression system.
When heat and smoke are detected, the aerosol suppression system is activated automatically. This provides an additional protective measure for the battery cabinet if a serious battery fault develops, including events that may lead to thermal runaway.
Because the suppression device is integrated inside the cabinet, it can respond immediately without waiting for external firefighting equipment.
The third layer is the explosion relief valve.
If internal pressure exceeds the designed safety limit, the explosion relief valve opens automatically to release pressure from the cabinet. This controlled pressure release is an important part of the overall safety design for enclosed battery energy storage systems.
The fourth safety mechanism is a fire hose connection port.
The cabinet is equipped with a dedicated connection port that allows firefighters to attach a fire hose during emergency operations. This provides direct access to the cabinet when external firefighting is required.
