We are proud to announce that the Pytes V12 battery has been successfully deployed in Germany's innovative “Space to Screen” (S2S) satellite communication project, providing critical power support for this future-oriented, high-tech communication system.
Developed in collaboration with mtex antenna technology and Stellar PCS, the S2S Performance-M mobile antenna system made its public debut this month at the German Satellite Communications Day, hosted by the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

The S2S project focuses on high-frequency communication scenarios, encompassing cutting-edge applications such as satellite communications and radar systems—fields that impose exceptionally stringent demands on power system reliability, safety, and environmental adaptability. The successful deployment of the V12 battery in this project demonstrates that Pytes products have withstood rigorous testing under extreme conditions, further expanding the company's technical expertise and project experience in high-challenge application scenarios.

As the core power supply of the system, the Pytes V12 battery integrates seamlessly with the Victron Energy inverter, delivering stable, efficient, and uninterrupted power output.
The V12 utilizes automotive-grade 230Ah cells, achieving a single-battery capacity of 11.776kWh. In terms of environmental adaptability, it features IP66 ingress protection and C4-M corrosion resistance certification, enabling it to withstand harsh conditions such as high humidity, salt spray, and dust. The integrated heating pad ensures reliable battery discharge even in temperatures as low as -20°C, guaranteeing stable operation of the S2S system in high-latitude regions and during extreme winter conditions. On the safety front, the V12 integrates a pre-charge circuit and DC breaker, supports emergency shutdown, and offers an optional built-in fire suppression system—fully meeting the high-reliability requirements of critical communications infrastructure.
At the German Satellite Communications Day, the S2S Performance-M system emerged as one of the most talked-about innovations at the exhibition. As the energy storage partner behind the project, Pytes demonstrated the reliability and strength of Chinese energy storage companies at the forefront of global technology through the exceptional performance of the V12 battery.

Moving forward, Pytes will continue to focus on energy storage applications in high-tech scenarios, adhering to higher standards and more rigorous validation processes. Together with global partners, we are committed to advancing energy assurance capabilities in cutting-edge fields to new heights.
