Residential Energy Storage Case Study in the Netherlands

Pytes Integrated Three-Phase Inverter and Low-Voltage Battery System

As residential energy demands continue to evolve across Europe, homeowners are increasingly seeking reliable, scalable, and well-integrated energy storage solutions. Recently, Pytes successfully delivered and commissioned a residential energy storage system in the Netherlands that represents an important milestone for the company — the first real-world installation using a complete Pytes system solution, including both inverter and battery.

Project Overview

This project was deployed in a typical Dutch residential setting, designed to support daily household electricity consumption with a stable and future-ready energy storage configuration. Rather than combining products from multiple brands, the system adopts a fully integrated Pytes solution, ensuring optimal compatibility and streamlined system operation.

The successful commissioning and operation of this system marks an important step in validating Pytes’ end-to-end residential energy storage capabilities in the European market.

System Configuration

The installed system consists of the following core components:

lInverter: Pytes JS3PL10K three-phase inverter (10 kW)

lBattery System: Pytes Pi LV1-4 low-voltage stackable battery

lTotal Energy Capacity: 20.48 kWh

This configuration provides a balanced combination of power output and usable energy capacity, making it well suited for residential three-phase electrical environments commonly found in Europe.

Pytes Integrated System Solution

Unlike conventional residential systems that rely on multiple third-party components, this project showcases the advantages of a fully integrated Pytes energy storage system.

The system is powered by the Pytes JS3PL10K low-voltage hybrid three-phase inverter, designed to deliver stable and flexible energy management for residential applications. With support for dual outputs, AC coupling, generator compatibility, and high overload capability, the inverter ensures reliable performance even under demanding household loads. Its IP66-rated enclosure enables safe outdoor installation, making it well suited for European residential environments.

Paired with the inverter, the Pytes Pi LV1 stackable battery system features a plug-and-play, modular design that allows capacity to be expanded as energy needs grow. Built with a strong focus on safety, high output performance, and outdoor durability, the system also supports remote monitoring and upgrading, providing homeowners with a scalable and future-ready energy storage solution.

By combining inverter and battery within the same product ecosystem, Pytes delivers a solution that simplifies system integration, installation, and long-term maintenance.

Project Significance

As the first residential installation using a complete Pytes system, this project delivered valuable real-world validation. From installation to commissioning, the system demonstrated smooth integration, efficient setup, and stable operation, highlighting the advantages of a unified, single-brand solution. Beyond this individual home, the successful deployment confirms Pytes’ capability to deliver a fully coordinated residential energy storage system and provides a strong reference for further expansion in the European market.

Looking Ahead

As demand for reliable residential energy storage continues to grow, Pytes remains committed to developing integrated solutions that combine performance, flexibility, and ease of deployment. This first full-system installation in the Netherlands demonstrates Pytes’ readiness to support homeowners, installers, and partners with a comprehensive energy storage offering designed for real-world applications.
